State enforcement teams documented severe non-compliance issues across multiple processing floors, including heavy infestations of houseflies and cockroaches, extensive black mould and moss growth in damp handling bays, stagnant water pooling on broken flooring, and corroded, rusty pipework and machinery. Inspectors also uncovered improper drainage infrastructure, an absence of mandatory water-quality and raw-milk testing records, missing pest-control verification documentation, and non-existent health clearances for food-handling staff. In total, officials collected 18 milk and dairy derivative samples on suspicion of adulteration for formal laboratory analysis.

The most severe enforcement penalties were targeted at facilities demonstrating critical biosecurity breaches. TG SAFE immediately suspended the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) operating licences of two prominent facilities: Sapthagiri Foods on Sagar Road in Karmanghat and All Rich Dairy Pvt Ltd in Pasumamula village, Abdullapurmet. At All Rich Dairy, inspectors found active cockroach and fly infestations, waterlogged slippery floors, peeling wall plasters, inadequate worker hygiene amenities, and pan masala spitting inside refrigerated cold storage rooms. Simultaneously, Venkata Shiva Milk Point at Hayathnagar was summarily closed after regulators discovered it was operating under unhygienic conditions without an active FSSAI registration.

Beyond the immediate closures, regulatory authorities issued formal statutory directives across the regional dairy manufacturing corridor. TG SAFE served show-cause notices initiating penalty proceedings against Saritha Dairy in Jillelaguda, Sri Sai Dairy Products in Almasguda, and Milky Plus Foods (Gayathri Dairy) in Nandigama. Additionally, 10 establishments—including units operated by Federated White Nectar, Shanthi Farm and Agri Products, Dairy Spot, Sri Laxmi Narsimha Milk Traders, Arvais Nature Products, and Hatsun Dairy at Kadthal—were served improvement notices requiring time-bound structural overhauls and sanitation remediation prior to scheduled follow-up inspections.
