Sharma and Justice Manish Sharma, has issued binding guidelines to eliminate food adulteration, ordering an immediate and thorough investigation of all prominent agencies marketing milk and dairy products. This regulatory mandate directly targets major commercial brands, including national industry leaders such as Amul, Mother Dairy, Saras, and Lotus. The court-ordered probe explicitly requires these processing organizations to reveal the exact technologies and analytical methods they currently deploy to detect and prevent synthetic or adulterated volumes from contaminating consumer supply networks.
In tandem with the intensive dairy quality audits, the High Court directed a sweeping crackdown on hazardous crop cultivation practices, issuing instructions to the state’s Pollution Control Board. The court demanded a comprehensive accounting of enforcement actions taken against individuals growing vegetables and other core food crops using contaminated water supplies across all districts, including the capital city of Jaipur. District environmental officials have been instructed to enforce these rules uniformly across all urban centers and small towns to guarantee that compromised water resources are permanently excluded from local food production.
