His efforts have a tangible, structural impact, including establishing milk collection centers in hard-to-reach areas and facilitating the construction of permanent veterinary hospital buildings through successful collaborative projects involving panchayat, state, and central governments in Srikakulam district.

The crucial turning point came when he transitioned to digital content creation. Dr. Prasadarao began producing educational short films and videos, a move that drastically scaled his reach. To date, his portfolio includes six short films and over 350 YouTube videos covering essential topics such as disease prevention, advanced livestock management, and access to government schemes. These digital resources have not only empowered farmers directly but have also been integrated into official state-level training programs for professionals.

Beyond digital content, Dr. Prasadarao remains an active trainer and telemedicine pioneer. He serves as a resource person for key institutions like the State Management Institute of Livestock Entrepreneurship (SMILE) and the Regional Animal Husbandry Training Centre (RAHTC), delivering training to farmers, aspiring entrepreneurs, and animal husbandry assistants. Furthermore, he runs a free telemedicine service via social media, where he personally responds to over 100 farmer queries daily on platforms like WhatsApp, demonstrating an unprecedented level of real-time support.
