Oregon Lawmakers Pursue Mega-Dairy Farm Moratorium
The Oregon state legislature recently proposed a temporary ban on mega-dairy farms in the state. Senate Bill 583 and House Bill 2924 seek to enact a moratorium on large-scale dairy farm construction until legislators institute further environmental regulations.
