Pune’s All Women-Run Maval Dairy Is Struggling To Survive After COVID-19
Merely a few months before the COVID-19 pandemic brought the world to a standstill, about 1,500 women from nearly 28 villages near Pune, Maharashtra, were setting about on a dream to make it big. Maval Dairy Farmer Services Producer Co. Ltd. (MDFSPCL) was officially launched in December 2019 as an all-women enterprise.
