Sadabhau Khot has said that one liter of milk costs the same amount of money as a quart of alcohol. Sadabhau Khot warned that he would hold a one-day protest in front of the factory on July 1 for the farmers’ sugarcane bill.
A farmers meeting of Ryat Kranti Sangathan was held at Varakute Budruk in Indapur taluka. This time Sadabhau Khot has made this demand. We don’t want to pay as much as a bottle of country liquor costs. But Sadabhau Khot has said that one liter of milk should be paid as much as it costs for one quart of country liquor. Also cow’s milk should be priced at Rs 75 per litre. Buffalo milk should be priced at Rs 125 per litre. It is not difficult to pay this price increase. It does not increase inflation etc. On the contrary, if the price is given to the farmer, the inflation will surely decrease. Because those people who are worried about inflation come to work in agriculture. Sadabhau Khot said that the farmer then gives them two paisas.
