
Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated Amul’s Banas Kashi Sankul milk processing unit in Varanasi, the largest plant of Amul in the city.
The project was built by the Banaskantha District Cooperative Milk Producers Union Ltd. PM Modi had a productive discussion with the officials and inspected the operations of the unit.
He also inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for various development projects worth over Rs 13,000 crore in Varanasi, including the enhancement of tourism and spiritual tourism.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated Amul’s Banas Kashi Sankul milk processing unit in Varanasi. The unit, located at the UPSIDA Agro Park in Karkhiyaon, is the largest plant of Amul in the city.
Chief minister Yogi Adityanath was also present during the event. PM Modi dedicated a few hours to inspecting the operations of the unit, accompanied by the officials. In addition to this, the Prime Minister inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for various development projects worth over Rs 13,000 crore in Varanasi.
