Janasena Leader Accuses Visakha Dairy Chairman of Corruption, Demands Investigation

Janasena party corporator Murthy Yadav has leveled serious accusations against the management of Visakha Dairy. During a press conference at Visakha Public Library, Yadav alleged that the family of chairman Adari Anand has been systematically looting the organization.

Yadav painted a grim picture of Visakha Dairy’s current state, claiming that the once-profitable organization is now facing unprecedented losses. He warned that the situation is so dire that the dairy might soon struggle to pay its employees’ salaries. At the heart of Yadav’s allegations is the accusation that Adari Anand is exploiting the hard work of 300,000 dairy farmers who depend on the organization for their livelihood.

He alleged that a hospital built for farmer welfare was leased out at a suspiciously low price to an individual named Satish. Yadav also claimed that the Royal Line brand and North Pole Ice Cream were being misused for illegal activities. Perhaps most alarmingly, he accused the management of selling off Visakha Dairy’s assets.

Calling for immediate action, Yadav demanded an investigation by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) into the dairy’s management. He cited specific examples of alleged mismanagement, including the sale of 20 acres of land near Yelamanchili in Kokirapalli and exorbitant salaries for top management. According to Yadav, the MD and CEO are reportedly earning over 1 million rupees monthly.

The corporator also raised concerns about retired employees working as directors and distributors, allegedly involved in corruption. He claimed that Crores of rupees allocated for skill development were misused during previous elections. In a particularly explosive allegation, Yadav stated that the dairy’s management gifted gold biscuits to 700 society presidents in September 2024.

Perhaps the most serious accusation came when Yadav alleged that 200 Crores from the dairy’s funds were diverted to support Chief Minister Jagan in the last election. He urged Chief Minister Chandrababu to focus on the corruption within Visakha Dairy and promised that the Janasena party would stand by the dairy farmers in their fight against injustice.
