Milk Specialties is looking to profit from the innovative nature of companies in the Asia-Pacific region with its portfolio of ingredients, according to Jing Hagert, the firm’s director of business development.

Speaking with FoodBev at Food Ingredients Asia 2019, Hagert explained how the company is partnering with its customers to help them develop new products.
At the show in Bangkok, the dairy ingredient manufacturer presented PRObev, which is a heat-stable whey protein isolate that is clear in solution over a range of pH levels and is suitable for a variety of food and beverage applications.
