Speaking to ETRetail, Bhupendra Suri, CEO of Godrej Jersey, outlined the company’s 3×3 strategy for FY26, aimed at accelerating market expansion and boosting its share by growing the VAP portfolio.
Dairy products major Godrej Jersey is aiming to hit the Rs 1,000 crore revenue mark in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana markets with its value-added products (VAP) segment, shared a senior official of the company.
Currently, the company earns around Rs 500 crore in revenue from VAP in these two southern markets.
Speaking to ETRetail, Bhupendra Suri, CEO of Godrej Jersey, outlined the company’s 3×3 strategy for FY26, aimed at accelerating market expansion and boosting its share by growing the VAP portfolio.
“The 3×3 Leapfrog Strategy will enable us to accelerate market expansion, enhance our consumer offerings, and drive sustainable growth through continuous innovation, strategic investments, and targeted partnerships. Additionally, we aim to significantly increase our market share by expanding our value-added products (VAP) portfolio, reinforcing our leadership in the southern dairy market,” said Suri.
“The three categories that we have chosen- badam milk, paneer, and curd- we are the top three players in Telangana already, and, therefore, have the right to win and be number one in these three categories in the next couple of years,” commented Raj.
On the distribution front, Raj shared that the brand has seen over 30 per cent growth in its e-commerce channel and over 20 per cent growth in modern trade for Andhra Pradesh-Telangana. While general trade has seen relatively lower growth.
Sharing expectations for the summer season, Suri said that the brand aims to grow higher than the industry. “The summer season is expected to be decent. We don’t expect any major volatility in milk prices, which is also good for the industry,” he added.
A wholly owned subsidiary of Godrej Agrovet Limited (GAVL), Godrej Jersey operates across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Nagpur. GAVL, last month acquired the residual 48.06 per cent stake in Godrej Jersey’s parent company, Creamline Dairy Products, for Rs 930 crore.
