Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, and Animal Husbandry and Dairy Development Minister Shyam Singh Rana has said that the state government is committed for the upliftment of all sections of society and is getting development works done without discrimination with the spirit of “Sabka Saath and Sabka Vikas”.
Rana was addressing a gathering at the “Pratibha Samman Samaroh” organised at the local Maharana Pratap Chowk on the death anniversary of Maharana Pratap on Sunday. On the occasion, he paid tribute to Maharana Pratap by offering flowers to his statue. In the programme, the minister felicitated those youths who performed excellently in sports, education and other fields.
“Maharana Pratap is a source of inspiration for everyone. Highest officers in the Army adopt his principles and policies in their life. He was a staunch nationalist who fought the Mughals till his last breath. The biggest quality of Maharana Pratap is that he never accepted defeat in his lifetime,” the minister said.
He called upon the youth to follow the path shown by Maharana Pratap in their life.
