He suggested that elevating the cow’s national status could symbolically address historical tensions and reduce disputes linked to the issue.

In addition, Razvi called on Muslim communities to refrain from consuming cow meat and instead focus on raising cows for dairy purposes. He encouraged families to drink cow’s milk and provide it to children and the sick, highlighting perceived health and welfare benefits tied to dairy consumption.
