The cheese is produced at a state-of-the-art facility in Ahmednagar, Maharashtra, which represents an investment of over ₹100 crore. The plant utilizes high-quality cow’s milk and advanced Individual Quick Freezing (IQF) technology to ensure the cheese maintains a rich texture, freshness, and uniformity. This emphasis on advanced technology and quality control is a key element of the company’s push to set new agribusiness benchmarks.
According to Chief Marketing Officer VPS Malik, Paras Dairy is committed to meeting the diverse and specific needs of the foodservice industry. The company offers a range of customized cheese variants, including low melt, high melt, and analogue cheese. This versatility is crucial for commercial kitchens and demonstrates the company’s understanding of the professional market.
